Adult Group Training

T I Group training consists of challenging, motivating and fun workouts. These workouts teach proper function, injury prevention, and are personalized to each client's level of fitness.

Group Training

  • 3 strength training days and 3 metabolic workouts alternate week to week
  • Each workout includes a dynamic warm up and a cool down stretch
  • 20 classes per week and all memberships are unlimited
  • Monthly reassessments and goal setting for members to help hold them accountable and keep on track to ensure success with our programs
  • Exercise programs designed for everyone at their ability level
