Adult Group Training

T I GROUP TRAINING CONSISTS OF CHALLENGING, MOTIVATING AND FUN WORKOUTS. THESE WORKOUTS TEACH PROPER FUNCTION, INJURY PREVENTION, AND ARE PERSONALIZED TO EACH CLIENT’S LEVEL OF FITNESS.

Group Training

  • 3 strength training days and 3 metabolic workouts alternate week to week
  • Each workout includes a monthly dynamic warm up and a weekly cool down stretch
  • 23 classes per week and all memberships are unlimited
  • Monthly reassessments and goal setting for members to help hold them accountable and keep on track to ensure success with our programs
  • Exercise programs designed for everyone at their ability level
